Guestforum: Registrationproblems

Hi all
what do you think about an extra forum for guest only? Not for spamming, but rather for posting if anyone get issues with the registration (e.g. no confirmation mail).
To prevent spam you could secure posting new threads by a little captcha and set the hole guestforum for moderated so that admins can look and act.

I hope you understand my humble english :D
